Said I scratched the clear coat on the first rental. Next rental they charged me double the price we agreed on. Third rental they said everything looked good when i dropped it off. Now they want 875 dollars for a scratch. See a pattern here?

So, this guy named Matt (I believe) helped me during a rental situation recently. This kid has great customer service. I'd be happy to do business here again.
