I rented a vehicle from Enterprise since mine was in the shop and I didn't have anything to drive and insurance hadn't gotten everything straightened out yet. I rented the car for four days and got coverage on the vehicle in case anything happened. My insurance finally got everything going with my car and took over the payment for the rental car. Insurance doesn't pay for additional coverage on a rental car so I was getting charged for the rental coverage for an extra 1.5 weeks without knowing. It would be beneficial to call and ask me if I wanted to pay for additional coverage since "I" only rented it for four days with the coverage. Now I'm screwed on the coverage money, so thanks Enterprise really appreciate your service. *insert sarcasm.

The car was ready, all my questions were answered.  The vehicle worked beautifully during the trip.  Returning the car was efficient and fast.  Cheerful and helpful staff; vehicle was just what I needed.  I will rent from this location again and recommend it to others.

Our organization travels frequently.  I have rented from a number of locations across the US.  The staff at the Joplin location is second to none.  They are friendly, helpful and professional.  They have gone the extra mile for me and my team on more than one occasion.  Their conduct is what keeps us working with Enterprise.

Excellent Service. Nice car.  We did not reserve a car; just walked in.  We had the Camry for 17 days and put 3100 miles on it.  It was comfortable. The agents that we encountered were friendly and professional.  We were upgraded because of their low inventory of the size car that we wanted.
