Recently rented a car from the Birmingham location. Staff was friendly and helpful and made our rental an easy experience. The only downside was our car had bald back tires. Upon noticing this we contacted the company and they were able to get us a replacement vehicle within a day. They were very understanding about the situation and were very willing to help!

Great staff both David and his colleague. They help you as much as possible and the rates are the lowest that I know. The opposite situation of Avis of Detroit airport

The local staffs there were extremly helpful. He is such a thoughtful, considerate, and caring person. My experience there couldn't be better!
