Whenever I come to the location on 8 Mile in Royal Oak Township just west of Wyoming, the service is the best.  If they don't have the car class I reserved they always upgrade me.  The manager Tony is the best and Alex but he is no longer there, he's at a different location now but I know he is delivering the best service ever.  Go to this location to have a great rental experience

After my car accident Enterprise came and got me back on my feet. I love the customer service that make me feel like family. The car that i got I love it that I later bought it and a Toyota Dealership. Thank Enterprise for being there for me. check them out and say Hello to Tony

I was already having a bad week both my best friends mothers died. I needed to rent a car for the funeral.  I went to Enterprise and the manager swiped my debt card twice because he said the first swipe was an error. When I got home I noticed the he took over 480.00 from my card. My whole paycheck. I can't even go to the market for food. What an inconvenience. Now, I have to play a waiting game with my money!
