Enterprise is really great. Their vehicles and cost are stellar. The staff are professional and friendly. I always will only rent a vehicle from Enterprise.

I used to go to this place often. After a move tried the Maple Rd, Troy location and had several very bad experiences (though one or two staff members have been very good)  and decided to come back here. I don't like the push for buying extra car insurance (worse at Maple Rd. location) and the scare tactics the staff is taught to use, otherwise decent experience. Enterprise needs to stop pushing its employees to sell extra car insurance. Some of their staff is so pushy and apparently so dependent on these insurance sales that they take personal offense when customer doesn't accept the offer and start acting visibly annoyed which is not good for business.

I was involved in an accident on a Wednesday.  My insurance company's preferred rental car company is Enterprise.  Upon arriving there were no cars available except for an Audi that I had to pay an extra $17 a day more than the allowed insurance coverage of $45 to my displeasure.   Enterprise said to come back Thursday and still no cars available.  They did work with me at that point, in which, I was able to keep the Audi at the covered rate of my insurance company of $45.
