I will never rent a car from this or any enterprise again. I witnessed an interaction with another customer today that was just plain wrong. I was turning in a rental from another state that they didn't even think they were getting back today. There was a young woman in there trying to get a compact car (which mine was). The sales person would not let her rent the car I was turning in, saying it was already promised. 1. They weren't aware they were getting the car and 2. The car was being returned a day early. So the associate that works there is trying to upsell this poor young woman to a full size SUV.  she gets her quote for over 300 dollars she kindly asks the enterprise woman if she could check another location, she said no. Mind you, there are a total of 3 employees working and I'm the only other person in the place. Being a business owner myself it makes me absolutely ill to witness this kind of behavior. I will never rent from enterprise again based solely on this witnessed event.

Enterprise is #1 in customer services.  Their cars are exceptional, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  Always a 5 star experience!!

Never had a bad experience with Enterprise. Used them many times and recommend them highly. I have used other rental agencies and things did not go well. I'll always come back to Enterprise.

Very friendly courteous very knowledgeable about their business and you will not be disappointed they will help you with any kind of circumstance you have I give them Seven Stars PS just a shout out to my cell rap Dion Boose he was the greatest thanks for the help ask for him and he won't steer you the wrong way Big Ups
