Horrible costumer service, they don't bother to check what previous arrangements you have done as far as payment on the pick up point.  They'll charge amounts to whatever credit card they want.  And when they make a mistake they don't have a way to solve it.  Horrible costumer service they won't try to help you at all.  Worst rental place I've ever been to.

Extremely Disappointed. Failed to provide reserved vehicle and answer questions on the rental agreement. I was provided misinformation, and-long story short- it was a rather large pain.

Learn from my mistake and rent from a company with employees able to provide accurate information promptly. 

Also, the vehicle was dirty.

absolutely horrible customer service.   unwilling to help with issues that were because of their company. I would highly recommend going to another location where they actually care about the customer

Every car we've rented as a mid size car they have given us a compact car. Plus the last car was dirty and had pieces of the center console missing. Very disappointed with their cars.

Quick, easy pickup.  Nice vehicle for the price.  Excellent drop off.  Extremely convenient - would suggest for anybody who needs to rent.
