Happy Customer!! I have utilized this location for over 6 years!  Very courteous staff willing to work with individual needs and requirements.  Vehicles cleaned and gassed for immediate departure.

Selection was poor I was put into a smaller vehicle had problems and went to the airport to change to a different vehicle before going on my long trip.. also original location doesn't provide a 1800 telephone number for emergency.  Not a pleasant experience for my first local rental from enterprise

Absolutely horrible customer experience. There was a miscommunication and I left my car over there, as I thought the reservation was already done by my friend. The staff member told me they had everything and took my drivers license. I forgot my license and picked up the truck and left. In 5 min I realized I forgot my license and they called me telling me to cone back. I came and explained the misunderstanding. I was made to feel like I stole their vehicle. They explained I needed a credit card which I didn't have at the time and they didn't accept my debit card. And when I suggested my friend can come and do the process. They REFUSED the service to me hands down. He said I don't trust you and won't give you the vehicle as I feel you will also drive the vehicle. It is the THE most insulting experience I've ever had. NEVER GOING BACK HERE
