Tina is a great manager. Charles picks you up and drives you home and is a fun and interesting man. The car I rented was not great but it got me where I was going and back. Service at this store was excellent.

I was given a call yesterday to inform the branch if i would or would not be able to come and pick up a car that day. I called them yesterday as they requested and informed them that I needed to move the reservation to today, the representative that i spoke with said "okay i have your name ". I went to the branch today to pick up a vehicle and i was told that they didn't have any vehicle available within my class. I was offered a different vehicle but I would have to pay out of pocket because of the difference in price. I then asked why would I have to pay out of pocket because of your lack of inventory and that is when the representative stated "oh well you weren't supposed to be here until 5 anyway. The branch rental manager then interjected as she listened and stated that she was the one who i spoke with and she knows what she told me. She began to raise her voice to speak over me as I was trying to express what was said to me. She continued with the worst attitude in the world and once she got her point across she turned away from me and answered the phone with a "my way or the highway" vibe. Tina G. Zaske(branch manager) then stormed off into a back room and closed the door with an attitude. I returned to my chair to think it over. About 5 minutes passed and i stood back up to tell them that i would pay for the next class and now the other guy had an attitude. He stood up walked into the back and came back out  of the same room the manger went into and said "we're not going to rent you a car because you're being difficult. I then asked the agent was his manager being rude and he said "no she was just telling you how it is". I then realized that he had an attitude as well. i asked did i have an attitude he said no but i didn't help the situation. Maybe i have this whole customer service thing backwards. I am 100% disappointed in this branch. This was the worst customer service i have ever receive.

The staff is very friendly. I have always had a good experience with this location. The only downfall is they have short weekend hours. i just rented a vehicle last weekend and I am renting one this weekend too.

Renting a car can be stressful. I have had the most pleasant and professional experience from the Sylvan Lake office located Michigan. Cuddos to the Manager Tina and her crew.

Excellent team! Very helpful! I was really in a bind when my car broke down and this team kept in constant communication with me regarding my last minute rental and made the process a lot less stressful. Thanks Tina and the Enterprise team!
