Don't lie about there being no cars available because you don't feel like renting one.  I went in at 11:50on May 26th and there were more than 10 cars on the lot.  Somehow they were all taken even though they were about to close.  I have been very satisfied with other Avis locations but did not appreciate the service here .

I rented a vehicle and was interested in returning it early.  I was told by 2 different employees at the store that if I returned the car early that I would receive a refund and they printed off paperwork showing the refund amount which I signed.  I called customer service because my refund has still not processed and they said as of October they no longer process refunds.  The store employees should have known this as it has been 2 months since the new policy took effect.  If they would have told me this I would have kept the car.  Needless to say I will never rent with Avis again after this.

I don't know what's wrong with this place but seems they are ALWAYS out of cars. Dude, we are giving you business for a MONTH! Show some courtesy before you throw the no-car card. Being a preferred customer is useless here. You might as well walk in without a reservation, it's all the same for them.

I gave 1 star only because of the gentleman who tried to help me. He deserves 5 stars. The manager was rude and very unprofessional. I've been in the service business for 40 years and never have i been treated or have treated a customer like that. She had to nerve to say she wasn't going to take a car out of service to exchange my smoke ridden car that I picked up earlier at the airport and that I could wait 3-4 hours to get one from the airport. This all after I called AVIS toll free number and they told me to go there and they'll exchange with no problem.
