Okay, this is my personal review and because I am a mechanic I have to leave this. I got a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and upon receiving I noticed the Tire Pressure Monitoring system had a fault, they offered to change it out but I told them I would live with it, not a big deal. However, now that I have been driving the car a few days, I have noticed other things... The car also misfires, speedometer is 5 mph off while driving, the front passenger side tire feels like it has a broken belt, the passenger side 12v socket doesn't work, and I found picker bush pickers inside the rear passenger seat of which my daughter sat on. 

The people up at the frontdesk are really nice but Enterprise as a company needs to take better notice of what is going on with their vehicles.

If someone else would have drove that car and they probably wouldn't have noticed the difference unless the dashboard told them but the broken belt in the tire and the speed sensor should not have passed inspection when I received the vehicle.

Clint and Ivan were incredible. Great customer service. Offered rides to/from the repair shop, wish I caught the driver's name. Will definitely be back, hopefully for leisure next time!

Easy to deal with and reasonable.  They had only one vehicle available, which I didn't really want, but they made a fair deal that worked out well enough for me so I came away happy.

The guy was very nice.  The car smelled like cigarette smoke.  You can't use a debit card to rent anything but economy type cars.
