You know that slogan "We'll pick you up" that Enterprise so proudly uses? Well, that does not apply to the location at 24400 Drake Road in Farmington Hills, Michigan. They REFUSED to pick me up even though I live only 2.7 miles away! I had to wait for a friend to go with me to the location since I could not drive a rental car and my own car at the same time. If this location actually adhered to the "We'll pick up you" slogan, I would not have been inconvenienced. 

When I went into the office, there was a disorganized crowd of people waiting. The staff was not overly friendly and seemed to be stressed or just did not care! After a lengthy wait, I finally was able to rent the car. 

When I was ready to return the rental, I called and asked if someone would pick me up since I would need a ride home. Again, I was told NO! Twice this location failed to live up to the slogan of "We'll pick you up." The irony here is that years ago Enterprise actually sued Hertz to stop them from using this slogan. 

DO NOT USE THE 24400 Drake Road, Farmington Hills, MI Enterprise Rent-A-Car location if you need a ride because they will not pick you up!

The car selection is slim and the staff are kinda all over the place. It could be better organized, so that customers could get in and out faster.

Stay away....Bad customer service!
They give you the fake smart smile!
Every employee behind the counter feel like he’s the boss and actually it’s no boss over there to handle problems!

I rented a car from this facility and I received the. Best customer service at any enterprise I ever been to. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Look out for a lady named Roxanne she's awesome
