Yet another great experience renting a vehicle from the Galbraith location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Got me in and out the door within 5 minutes. And I love the new Ford CMax! As always, a pleasant experience all around.

I rent from the Galbraith Rd location in Cincinnati quite often and I'm always satisfied with the high level of service and professionalism as well as the makes and models of cars Avis offers. The staff always go above and beyond to make my pick up experience seamless and they always make sure that I am completely satisfied with my rental upon return.  Great job, Avis!!!

Convenient location near our suburban neighborhood.  Easy pick-up and drop-off despite the busiest travel days of the year (Wednesday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend).  Decent price.

I do not recommend renting a van from here.  You can book weeks in advance only to find out on the day you are picking up the van that they don't have your reservation.
