Great service. Friendly staff. Did not pressure me to buy extra services like other car companies. Easy and hassle free. Shuttles run around the clock and are more prevalent than other rental agencies. I won't hesitate to use this company again for my car rental needs.   I highly recommend!

I was charged $100 extra for dropping the car off 3 minutes late after speaking to a customer service representative who assured me that they gave me an additional 29 minute grace period because there was extraordinary traffic in LA at this time. I spent 45 minutes trying to get the charge reversed at the drop off location. Employee Mark F spoke down to me as if i were an imbecile for asking the charge to be reversed.  When i spoke to his manager they went into the back room where i could here Mark F yelling profanity about me. His manager proceeded to come out and tell me he wasn't going to help me because Mark F. said I was rude.  I spoke to ~8 employees who all told me there was nothing they could do. They promised to reverse the charge moments ago after spending hours of my life on the phone.  First and last AVIS experience. "Money first, customer last".  You have my contact info if you actually want to do anything about it. I wont waste any more time on the phone with you.

I love the Fast Break lot at LAX. I actually have a wide variety of cars to choose from even in economy. No waiting, Fast pick up. The only glitch was that I apparently had two reservations. The one I was charged for was $140 more than the other. But I was able to quickly fix it upon returning and they were nice about it and told me how to avoid that happening again.

One and a half hour wait to pick up a car. Computer system is down. That happens when you're using a 1990s computer system. Second world standards here at best. Some company that knows how to actual operate needs to open and destroy all these massively incompetent rental agencies. The car rental shouldn't take longer than the flight. Frankly all car rental agencies suck. Why do they always take so long when they can collect your information online in advance??

This review is for Don! He did such a great job accommodating our bachelorette group. We got a van for the 9 of us but it had a nail in the tire so we had to switch to a new one which took a WHILE.
 But he got us a new van and credited some amount back for the wait and the nail in the tire. Great job man!!
