I dropped off a friend to pick up a rental car. Easy access the Hertz rental counter is adjacent to the Hotel check in counter. Friendly clerk quick service

This experience is unlike any other I have ever had- in the worst way. We showed up and they said they ran out of cars and that it would be 45 minutes before we had a car, even though we had a reservation. After waiting for 45 minutes, we were told a car was available but they had to clean it. Only two people on staff so one was working the desk while the other was cleaning cars. The staff was kind and did the best they could after they had to explain the situation to at least 8 other (not happy) customers. I do not recommend this location, it is extremely poorly run and not any business I would like to give money to. They are not affiliated with the Large LAX Hertz, as they explained to me after I asked them to just take us there instead to get a car. Not worth the savings in my opinion. We have now wasted 2 hours with no concession on the price of the car or offer of any other kind. The worst.

Very convenient to be able to pick the car up at the hotel as you're checking out. The car was clean and the staff was very friendly. Dropped the car back off at the hotel, left the keys at the counter, and hopped on the shuttle back to the airport. Seamless.

Great customer service. We arrived early and the gentleman had the staff clean up the SUV for me and my family and we were off.  Great experience.

The folks at Hilton Hertz counter provided great customer service. I highly recommend their profionalism and service.
