I just truly want to give an honorable thanks to Mrs. Laura Gray! SHE IS THE BEST! Seriously not an understatement, she provides Excellent, Excellent, Excellent customer service! I have rented from the downtown location and the location off of poplar in the Hilton Hotel and neither was a good experience but once I met Mrs. Gray she provided Exceptional service each time I needed to rent a car. I wish i got this kind of service everywhere I went because I wouldn't mind spending my hard earned money where someone is going to treat me right! Thank You So much again Mrs. Laura

Never again will we rent from Avis.  Made a reservation but not given reservation confirmation number. Arrived to pick up car and told there were no cars and that a reservation was first come first serve.  While the woman working was pleasant throughout all phone and face to face interactions when she told me I could Uber to the airport to find a car I was all done with Avis.  Also their customer service department is completely inept as they are unable to comunicate properly with their locations.  We needed to confirm that we would be able to return the rental car early the next am to the airport, which was not where we needed to pick it up from, and no one was able to get through to the airport location to confirm if they received cars early at this location.  Was told I would receive a confirmation email from customer service and never did.  Added absolute unneccessary chaos to our already chaotic situation that led us to need a rental in the first place.  While we did recieve a voucher for $50.00 off a rental within the next year I feel the rental should have been credited and we definatley will not be using the vocher.  Never again Avis.

You have not had a real customer service experience until you've encountered Ms. Laura Gray. I came to pick up the vehicle needed to travel to a funeral for husbands brother. I begin to share with her what happened and all of the details and before I caught myself, I caught her looking right at me, giving me her 100% attention. No that wasn't her job but you couldn't tell it wasn't in her job description. She handled payment and all and asked was there any other way she could help in her power. I was still visibly shaken so she walked me out, made sure I was ok and even whispered a pray right on the parking lot. There were no other customers waiting so no one was standing waiting for her. I totally appreciate her. Avis has my business from now one. Ms. Laura is THE BEST. signed Mrs. Gillard

Ms. Laura Gray is always so helpful and pleasant. She knows how to serve customers and run a business. Anytime I need a vehicle locally I get it here.

The lady at the desk was awesome.  Was early, my car needed to be cleaned, waited and was told that it was done.  It wasn't, couldn't wait any longer for a redo....New car though...
