Their cars smell so strongly of perfume. The people that worked there were helpful and found me a car that had not been cleaned. They cleaned it without the heavily scented chemical. But it took a while. I've rented from them a few times now. Usually without incident. When there was a problem they've resolved it. Overall pretty decent.

Great customer service! I had the Portland enterprise location pick me up and unfortunately it took them longer than expected to arrive for pickup. At no extra charge they upgraded my vehicle, and I also went over the 5th day which warranted another full days charge. The branch manager reached out to me and was able to refund me that additional day! Will always go to enterprise for the great customer service !

Had an awesome experience at this Enterprise location. Excellent customer service, and they even gave us a call to see how we were doing with the car and enjoying our vacation. Really happy with our rental experience.

Easy to work with and no problems to report of. I rented a car for two days when I was staying in Portland and used one day to travel to Cannon Beach and one to Multnomah Falls. It was a great trip both ways and the car made it much cheaper.

Normally a great place to rent from . I needed a car today for the weekend and was told there were none available until the 8/22/2017. No offers to help just too bad so I'm stuck without transportation
