Bad customer service,  they lied about my being able to schedule  my own delivery time. I let them know my work hours and they said they could work around it but it was a lie an automated service call you and set up your delivery time. They would not mean to pick my own hours of delivery

They have a few good deals until the end of June sometime when they close their doors for the last time.

As Hhgregg goes out of business, their prices are still way overpriced. It's honestly kind of sad. At 10-30% off the whole store with an additional 10% off this week, I found very few items that were cheaper than online stores that would ship directly to my house for free so I wouldn't have to haul a medium appliance or come back with a truck to pick up something like a washing machine. I can see why they're going out of business.

When shopping for a stove,  every single model number I looked up was cheaper at other stores. They do price match but it's not worth the hassle when you can get what you need cheaper and hassle free.
