The sales associates at Best Buy are so helpful and informative.  I interacted with two cashiers and two members of the Geek Squad. I am 65 years old and know next-to-nothing about computers and they were all so patient and helpful to me! Thanks a million Best Buy! I will send everyone I know to Best Buy.

Went in around 8pm on Black Friday, store was still busy (No Problem). Found my item quickly went to check out, and the check out line was all the way to the Appliance Section. They only had 2 cashiers. While the line was getting longer 1 cashier decides to leave. Was in line for over 45 minutes before the 1 cashier who was working 2 registers checked me out.

No longer price match unless it's in their computer system as an item that is lower somewhere else. Obviously I know what I'm doing is going to buy everything in your store cuz I want it today, then order it all online at the lower price and return it to your store; wasting your employees time twice, and forcing you to resell an item as an opened box for a lower price to someone else. You should do the right thing for your own business and price match other legit retailers

Tried to upgrade my mobile phone. Something happened that wouldn't allow me to continue. They told me to go to the Mobile store in the mall and they could help me. Went over to that store and they said I was locked out of my account for 72 hours and nothing could be done. The regular store apparently has no clue and inconvenienced my purchase. Would reconsider if you are trying to upgrade or do anything with your cell phone.

Associate not knowledgeable on their own Wi-Fi equipment.  Asked them for a  Samsung Blu-Ray that has Wi-Fi built into it he sells me one that doesn't saying it does. Of  Course I don't find out till I get home Christmas Eve. I had a feeling it didn't.
