Strong employee presence at this location.  With such a variety of technologies available at their stores, it can be helpful to have an employee give you all the key information about products.

I thought the store made use of its space better than other Best Buys I've been to, and I was able to find things easily around the store.

This is just like visiting a Best Buy. There's electronics and gadgets. Staff here is well-trained if you can find someone--it gets quite busy at this location. Overall, this is on the high side of average for Best Buy.

I never thought I would be leaving a bad review for a store that I USED to love to shop at. I’ve spent well over $10,000 with Best Buy and after my experience “or should I say lack of experience” with customer service today I guess I will bite the bullet and buy all of my future electronics elsewhere.
I tried to do an exchange with the receipt for a $250 Wireless Headset. Not only would they not allow me to exchange it for the same product, they told me I should have bought the protection plan and to add insult to injury the manager pretty much confirmed that had I brought it back without a receipt I probably would have been able to swap it for the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous!

Forget calling this store for anything. They have an automated system like most businesses these days, but no one will answer no matter what department you dial. In my book, if no one answers, they don't need to publish phone numbers or have a phone system at all. Let me be one of the thousands that agree, best buy us going The way if Sears and circuit city. Go to the store, touch the items and then order from Amazon. Best buy will soon become a catalog store, and shortly thereafter, closing stores all over the country because Amazon is going to drive them out of business.

Love this location, very easy to get in and out quickly.

The cashier area has an unique open design that seems to really speed up the checkout process. 

I also love that their salespeople aren't very pushy about trying to upsell you.
