I found a good deal on my stereo reciever because it was an open box demo. I go back a year later to look at washing machines. There were 2 female employees at the center podium like there at a watchtower.  No hello or greeting as my son and I walk in. One of  those female employees greeted a customer that was there ahead of me in same washer/dryer area and the customer stated she was not buying anything today. So I look up to hopefully catch the employees eye. She walks away. I make 3 round circles and thru the aisles still no greeting.  I bought 1 hour later at Famous Tate in Valrico and got a better deal anyways. Glad I wasn't greeted

Liar?1 why?! I spent over 2 hours at this hhgregg store and purchased a laptop.The box seemed to be tampered.Sales person (Micah) promised that "It is a new laptop" & "the box is never opened"&"it is the only 1 left from this model".I opened it at home and it seemed to be a refurbished!The wrapping was torn & broken inside! Extra tape on the original tape,& the battery was gone! I told him that it is going to be a gift for my brother!and he adjusted the price, but still gave me an refurbished/open box product. I could/may get infected because of that purchase! This could get simply escalated to a an intense situation for me. I called the store to talk to the store manager but they did not let me pass the sales manager (Ryan)who told me to bring it right away to "swap with a new one"(I was told it is the only one by Micah). When I noted the point, he changed his word and told me to bring it on Tuesday on Wednesday! 
Why would you guys lie for a $400-500 product when I am paying for it right away? I trusted hhgregg, but you simply ruined the trust to sell 1 item. is it your everyday practice? to give all the sweep attracting words and then tell me lies? 
I DID NOT deserve this!

I bought a GE Microwave oven $99. HHGregg sold me an additional 3 year warranty for $20. Oven stopped after 8 months. Called Hhgregg asked if counter top or built in. Its a counter top. Advised to call service man he said there is no parts for a counter top MO & should of never been called. He said this a replacement only and take back to store for exchange since it is still covered by the GE 1 year warranty. HHGregg would not take the broken MO back nor would they honor the 3 year replacement warranty. They said I have to wait for them to check with the service repair report. They said this may take up to two weeks even though I had a copy of the service report. They advised me to buy another microwave oven in the meantime and wait for my credit on the old one. It has been three months and nothing. I have a two microwave ovens HHGREGG's broken one they sold me and another one they told me to buy. I called the main office and they told me it is being processed and to wait. Very rude and treated me like I was the enemy. I asked for my 3 year warranty to be refunded and I have to write a letter to the outside insurance company. HHGregg are extremely rude treat you like garbage if you have a problem. They are NOT a member of the BBB and you can see why. This was my first experience with them and I will do what I must to get the word out that they are a scam and a huge ripoff artist with their lies.

Prices seem to be decent.... No one really offered us help, we had to look for it. Bought a washer and was able to load it in the truck an take it home within 20 minutes of first arriving.

Staff was willing to help with whatever we needed. Most of the inventory was gone when I arrived, but they (the entire company not just this store) are trying to liquidate so that's to be expected.
