Very attentive at this location. I was asked if I needed help as soon as I entered and was paired up with a specialist to help me find exactly what I needed. He was able to find what I needed and answered all the questions I had. Only one item wasn't available in the store and he offered to special order it for me. Overall it was a great experience!

I've been to quite a few best buys at this point, they're all pretty much the same as layouts and what they carry. Then I came to this one because the store nearest to me did not have the specialty items that I was looking for in stock. I wasn't aware that store managers can request specific items. I left very happy having saved a few bucks on shipping and my products in hand

This is your regular, run-of-the-mill Best Buy, who's best Advantage is that it's a quick stop off the 78 if you need to pick up something on your way home to PA. One of the frustrating things is that they don't do a great job of upkeep on their open box inventory. I stopped in because the website said they had a certain model of laptop in stock as an open box, but when I got there they couldn't find it. They said it must be some type of inventory error they would remove it from the system. Stopped by a couple of weeks later and it was still there. And again a month later. I asked after it again and they said it must be an error and they would remove it from their system. I told them that's what they said last time, and then perhaps a referred to the display model, which I said they couldn't sell. All in all pretty frustrating do not have the website match the store inventory for more than a month.

This store was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I tend to rate a stores level of cleanliness by how clean the restroom is and this store had a spotless restroom. I was able to locate what I need with the help of a sales associate unfortunately they only had one and I needed two. Other than that it was a good shopping trip and I would definitely go back.

It's a Best Buy. Exactly what you'd expect.  They would not take a return on an item that was shipped to store.  Had to take it to another location that was way more helpful.
