I guess I should have read the other reviews before planning my rental car for Budget Roswell.  The reservation was for a pick-up of a mid-size SUV for 8am.  I walked in the the door at about 8:05am.  Things went normal as for as the paperwork was concerned, but when it was time for me to get the key, oops, the SUV is on the way and should be here "any second" so says the rather curt to rude sales associate. After waiting 20 minutes for "any second" to arrive, I asked if there was a way for her to find out where the driver actually was. She then informs me that there is no way of knowing, but that it left the Atlanta airport about 25 minutes ago.  Consider the time!  Rush hour on the Monday following the Thanksgiving Day weekend. Even the most modest level of common sense would have any person understand that the drive from the airport in traffic will likely take more than an hour.  So,  the associate offers to put me in a mini-van.  Since I've got a 9am meeting to lead at my office, I'm accepting the mini-van, but oh wait,  it has to be washed and vacuumed first,  This Budget is lousy.  I chose it for location convenience, but next time I can save time by renting from a more professional and prepared agency.  I've had no issues with Enterprise in Roswell. So I will go back to them.

Where to begin. Well the racist Russian old man needs to work on his customer service skills. He also needs to work on respecting the referring agent from another location. I would say his English is bad but I don't want to sound like a bigot myself. The guy just needs to slow down and listen to the customer as well as his co workers. Go to the Sandy Springs location and ask for Kevin. That guy knows good customer service. He's very patient even when there's a few people in line. Forget this location. It's a closet and needs to be closed.

Do yourself a favor and don't rent here... Ms. Jennie Moen, the location give my car away right infornt of me by saying that her area manager told her to do so. I asked her who was the  area manager she would not give me a name. This place is garbage the people the customer service is garbage... I don't know why they are still in business at this location. I would like to be contacted by some supervisor if there are any?!  Don't rent here

24h truck rental - deserves 0 stars. Ants in truck and cabin. Upon departure was told there was a ramp under the lift gate, no ramp. Turn it in next morning at time check out agent told to and there's a truck blocking the entrance with my 24ft halfway still in street blocking a lane. Useless lazy employee takes his sweet time walking to move the truck to let me in. Manager apologizes for nothing and says I put several hundred miles on the truck when I put 54. Wants to charge me almost double of what I agreed to when booking. Argues with me while I tell her I have photos proving check out mileage. She goes back out and says she had a dyslexic moment. Never apologized for all this ridiculousness. This place is ran horribly and the employees are not helpful. No wonder it has mostly 1 star reviews.

Im very disappointed with management at this place.  Something needs to change at this location or budget will lose more customers everyday. I know why they are few dollars cheaper then other !!! Its because the customer service is zero. Area Manager and The Rental Manager are very unprofessional. My car was given to someone else and I was told we are sorry we don't have a car for you   even though I made a reservation 2 weeks prior to my trip. If anyone from the company wants to contact me about this please do so because I have more to say./.... 0 at of 5
