This was one of the best experiences I've had with Enterprise. This location was clean and the associate was very respectful of my budget. He didn't try to up sell me or get me to purchase anything more than what I asked. Great service!

My hope is that someone learns from my experience with Enterprise. My reservation was scheduled for pick-up on Friday at 11:30 am. I arrived at 11 am to make sure that I could get the car on time as I was rushed to pick-up my car during my hour lunch break. Despite me getting there early, I was not helped until 11:30 am, and I also did not receive the rental car until 11:55, which by that time my ENTIRE lunch break was used. Future renters, plan accordingly for at least an hour wait time to receive the rental car. Also, rental car-agents are sales people, comparable to a car dealership in that they will try sneaky tactics (tack on extra, and unwanted/un-needed services) to get as much money out of you as possible, with very little forgiveness. Early on in my interaction with my rental car-agent I mentioned insurance because I wanted him to DISCUSS insurance options. He said, "One moment. We will go over that later," as he went to the back to get the rental car. I mention this because I know if he would have clearly explained the charges, instead of automatically tacking them onto my bill, I would have declined insurance through Enterprise. Plus, intuitively I would have understood that my friend, who booked the reservation for me, would not have wanted me to pay any additional money out of my pocket because he would have received insurance through the Hotwire site. The Enterprise car rental sales person never went over different options and costs, he just sneakily tacked the insurance onto my bill, assuming that I would accept the charges. Next thing you know, due to being rushed to make it to my job back in time I did not realize the extra $100+ added for insurance while quickly signing the agreement. When later requesting to remove the insurance, the Enterprise rental agent was unwilling to work with us, the customers, as humans who make mistakes. I am young and will learn from this experience, and my hope is that this will help others from being swindled by rental car-agents. Apparently, he was more concerned about his one time commission over retaining a customer. Be careful when signing the dotted line and read over EVERYTHING to make sure that is, in fact, what you wanted. This experience will keep me from ever renting from Enterprise in the future.

Don't be fooled by when they can pick you up from your house.  They don't have the car in stock and make you wait wait so they buy the time to pick up(borrow) the car from somewhere.  Reps could;ve just told me how long it will take and I could've just do something other than just wasting time at home.  Need some honesty in the business....

This was once a damned well-run location. It's totally gone off the rails. Whatever reservation you might have made, its irrelevant. The available car is completely random. 
The staff has turned over top-to-bottom in the last 1-2 years and while the old staff was a crack, highly-motivated, efficient machine who knew customer service,  the current staff is slovenly, dishonest, and incompetent. Poor workers incapable of true customer service. I once rated this location VERY highly. Now I say emphatically...rent somewhere else.

KUDOS! I've been here when it's busy and when it's slow. Every time, I am treated with respect and kindness. Today, I was picked up at my home by a clean-cut young man in a tie, named Kyle. He held an engaging conversation with me, then proceeded to take care of me once we arrived. My situation was NOT EASY. It involved a warranty co., an ins. co., claim #'s, and a host of other challenges. The Assistant Manager, David came out, just as clean-cut, put together and polite. Between the two of them, everything was worked out, WITH A SMILE, and my rate was excellent. Please keep in mind, this is a service. I've watched people treat these men poorly then complain online. I'm here to tell you this Enterprise hires quality.
