I've never ever been to an office that made me feel as though I was a priority and In GREAT, KNOWLEDGABLE  hands. If you were wondering what happened to Customer Service take a visit to the Roberts Ct Enterprise office. I'm Convinced that this crew  is exactly what leadership and hospitality are supposed to look like. My car was clean , and since it was a newer car my agent went over, ALL of its perks with me. Thanks Guys you made a GR8 vacation  Awesome!!!!!!!

I have to say the manager at this branch, Ms. Carter, provides me with exceptional customer service each and every time I rent a vehicle for business. 

Usually, I have the staff come to my house and pick me up as I live close to the branch and can't leave my vehicle there because my girl friend needs to have access to it. When I rent a vehicle from Enterprise I typically have the vehicle for one week; however, at times I have to travel out of state and when I return it's usually late on Friday evenings. 

Instead of having to go to the branch after they're closed and having to find a ride back to my house, Ms. Carter allows me to bring the vehicle back the following morning and doesn't charge me extra for additional time. Ms. Carter is an understanding young lady and has always provided me with excellent customer service. It's things like this that keep me returning time and time again.

Rented 12 passenger van for an overnight travel soccer team trip, the local team at this Enterprise location could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Van was reasonably priced, very clean and new and a pleasure to drive and for all the boys on the trip. Smooth pickup and return. Very convenient location which I never noticed before though I live nearby. Only comment otherwise is there is a somewhat downscale hotel next door and when we returned the van at end of day after the location was closed, there were some people hanging around the return parking area that seemed a bit odd, maybe cutting through from hotel to the gas station/convenience store on the other side. So no trouble from anyone. Though if it were after dark, not sure anyone would want to do the return alone.

Excellent customer service as always. They make it as convenient as possible. Rented a full-size and got a Buick Lucerne. I was very impressed: very comfortable, smooth ride, great media/maps interface (Apple CarPlay), and incredible sound system.

The only feedback to Enterprise is that they really need to clean the inside of the windshield -- it was filthy. This has been a problem with every car I've rented from here. I haven't brought it up with them yet, but I hope they will read this and fix that for the future.

This is still my go-to place to rent! I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love this location. Customer service is A1 always. Never had a problem getting a rental car or with communication with this location at all. I've been renting from this location for about 2 years now. And everyone in there is very pleasant and kind. I truly appreciate the service I received at this location..
