This is an awesome location if you live in midtown because you can walk there.  We had super friendly service and the prices were great. There was a great selection of cars and they were all well maintained.  If you are driving here, parking is limited to the hotel pay for parking area.  You could do a quick drop-off by parking in the Indigio or Georgian Terrace  hotel registration areas but I would check with the hotel before you leave your car there to go to the Sixt counter.

I was actually on my way to pick up a confirmed rental from Hertz when I (thankfully) called the Hertz location to reconfirm, only to find out that they don't have ANY cars available and weren't willing to honor the reservation. Thankfully I was near this Sixt location at the time, so I called their reservation hotline and was able to book a better car for less than I would have paid for a smaller vehicle from Hertz.

I arrived about an hour before my scheduled pickup and the vehicle was still being checked and cleaned, which is expected. The vehicle was ready to go as soon as my scheduled pickup time came around. The first employee I dealt with was a little ambivalent at this location, but he was efficient and every other employee was friendly and courteous. Also the deal I got on a Kia Forte with Android Auto for $159/week would be hard to beat.

DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE VERY DECEITFUL AND WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD / DEBIT EXTRA WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR USE SOMONE ELSE MORE CREDIBLE.

Very poor service,  I recommend anyone beside this company,  I left a small bag at the Atlanta location,  So I did a claim on Wednesday around 230pm, I paid for next day shipping,  I was supposed to get my bag 430pm Thursday  i didn't  receive my bag...Because this company did not have the label ready. It's now Friday and Fedex just picked up my bag from the location and I want receive my bag until Monday,  I don't stay in Tennessee  so I want be here Monday..Sad thing is the lady at sixt claims don't understand stand what next day delivery is, she said my package is on time.. Next day is next, not 3 to 5 business days..she is not  the brightest light bulb in the box...at this point my package is lost.

Very nice and welcoming, I wouldn't choose anywhere else to rent a car. They have a variety of cars to choose from!
