They always make things easier at this location. And probably has the best staff I've ever seen at any Enterprise location.

The initial service and the car were fine, however, I called a couple days before returning the car to ask if I would receive a refund for one day if I returned the car one day earlier and I was told that I would. No further explanations. The day I returned the car (one day early), this Enterprise branch closed 10 min early, but I was able to leave the car and keys with the repair shop that shares the same room with Enterprise. I called the next day to make sure everything was in order and they told me it was, but they refused to give me a refund for returning the car early stating that it had to be returned within 3 hours of the pick-up time. There is nothing that I hate more than feeling "cheated" by companies. I left work in a rush just to make it in time to return the car early just to get a refund when I could have just waited until the next day to pay the same price with no stress. Not sure I would use this Enterprise again unless I have no other option.

I've rented from the other 2 Enterprise locations on the same street but this was one so pleasant.  The car was clean, the tank was full, there were more than enough reps to help and they were all very friendly and professional.  They also didn't over it do it with the attempts to upsell.   I will return.

VIP Service as always but they need to do a better job checking out the car notifications before renting their vehicles.

Be aware this is at a car dealership at the collision center.  I tried to return sunday for a night drop off and i barely made it before the gates closed.  This location has all the cars behind locked gates.
