Taking advantage of Enterprise's $9.99 a day special weekend rental offer, I got a basic car at a great price, with quick and efficient processing by the Enterprise staff (Olivia and others were excellent!). They were even proactive in offering me a post-rental car ride, which I did not need to take advantage of. No complaints here.

People that helped us where nice people and they helped us to their best of their abilities, however the car that was given to us smelled like sigarets and the inside was full of fat fingerprints. That is why i gave it 3 stars. I hope improve their cleaning in the future.

Very friendly service. I didn't have to wait and my rental car was ready. They picked me up and dropped me off at the Marta stop. They are also opened on Sundays which is rare but extremely convenient. It's the #1 reason I chose this location. This was a very easy rental experience and I love enterprise for their customer service. I highly recommend this location and this company.

They differ each location I guess. The experience was okay. I have been a member for a long time and have a little concern about customer service at this particular location. The commercial say they will pick you up and take you where you need to go. It is misleading when you live in the heart of Atlanta, but told they can only take you in a 2 mile radius. I asked how am I suppose to get home from the train station without a Marta card, I was told "I guess take Uber, we don't provide services outside of our 2 mile radius. I was very livid being that they advertise where ever you are or wherever you need to go "We will pick you up or drop you off"! I also had to turn around and go to the DMV just to get a new license before they will rent to me the moment I walk in from that location after a 45 min commute. I just moved 2 weeks before coming in so my license did not match my new address yet. Give me a break already. The sad part is I just spent almost $800.00 dollars the week prior renting from another location. Love Enterprise, but this location customer service was not all peachy!

I continue to use Enterprise though I have a certain loathing for them. The convenience of the "we'll pick you up" is what gets me. It really is ingenious and can't be beat. That being said, there is something about this company that irritates the living daylights out of me. I don't know if it is the robotic, Stepford-like 20-somethings that work there. They don't really ever seem to understand the services they are providing. They've memorized the script to a tee. But it's clear after many a visit that they are drinking the Kool-Aid provided to them and have no depth of understanding about insurance or reading a customer about WHY they are renting a car. An example I point to is the one time I got into a disagreement with one employee who continued to INSIST that the insurance coverage was "optional" all the while telling me that she could not rent a car to me unless I elected to purchase said "optional" insurance since I carried "liability only" on my personal policy. I told her that would make it mandatory and not optional. She never relented. I had them take me home and I refused to rent the vehicle. My most recent rental was for a Chevy Tahoe to chaperone my daughter's birthday. I needed a 7-passenger vehicle solely to chaperone girls to dinner and home. I was asked at least 5 times if I wanted to "upgrade" for a mere $10 per day, or $20 per day for something even more luxury. I can understand asking once, but 5 times. I've already explained to this guy that I'm driving seven 14 year olds to dinner and home, why do I need to spend additional money when I've already got a very nicely appointed, leather interior Tahoe? AND I just said "no" because I'm using this vehicle literally for a matter of hours. He just didn't get it and KEPT asking. These people just don't seem to think through understanding a customer. I was already paying $135 to drive kids to dinner. This pimply-faced 20-something clearly doesn't understand what it's like stretching a paycheck to cover cost of living for two kids as a single mom. "Yes please increase my cost for this entire birthday so I can spend more on something that garners me nothing additional by the time I return the vehicle in the morning!" Think, people. Think.
