I work for an event company that hosts trade shows nation wide. I've been doing this work for over 15 years. I have a crew of people for each event and we rent a small fleet of cars. I rent the cars for everyone. I rent from enterprise almost exclusively. I personally spend about 20 weeks a year in a rental. We use enterprise because at almost every location around the country , it is a fantastic company. I said almost every location because oddly enough I live closest to the worst excuse of a business I have ever experienced. The staff is rude, rarely have the vehicle I've reserved weeks in advance, and usually act as if they don't really want anyone to rent the cars .  I have probably posted a review of any type about 3-4 times in my entire life. Normally I wouldn't bother with a negative review , I would just take my business elsewhere, but i would really like to see this location improve. I seriously doubt it will because as you have probably noticed , the "owner" , Christina Shane Collin Nick etc..always posts that they are going to look into it but never follows up with resolutions..  It's a shame, Cumming is growing very quickly and this location will probably die off before a real management team can turn it around.  I wouldn't give this place any starts. In fact I think they owe me a cpl of stars for dealing with the crap service. However , they wont post your review if you don't give them at least 1. That kind of sums up there business. Bottom of the barrel. Not gonna gonna do anything good but you still gotta give them at least 1 star. I guess its like a participation trophy.

I have rented from this team for years and I will never rent from anyone else but them. They are always nice and go the extra mile for their customers. Caroline leads by example by putting the customer first.

Everything was great until I returned the car and had a big surprise being charged for mileage overage after being told I wouldn't be when I got the car.  After calling them and asking them why, I was told it was a miscommunication and they apologized.  Needless to say I wasn't happy and wrote a note to corporate; whereby, the next day my mileage overage was returned.  Everything was made right in the end, but it should have never happened in the first place, and I shouldn't have had to reach out to corporate to get it straightened out.  I'm sure I'll still use Enterprise, but not this location.
