The folks at the Courtland St. Enterprise were very friendly and helped us and took care of our needs very quickly.  We have rented from other companies and they take forever to get checked in and go over all the plus and minuses.  These guys got down to business and were very helpful, courteous and took us back to our hotel after we dropped off the car during rush hour traffic.  Great people.

I rented a car for a short trip while visiting Atlanta and I to say, I've been an enterprise renter for many years but the team at the downtown Atlanta office we exceptional! Now that I'm permanently relocating to ATL that will be my go to office. Thank you for the personal care and attention.

Great staff and customer service!  The team in downtown Atlanta were terrific to work with.   They expedited my car check-out and assisted me in obtaining the best deals available.  We know these folks at Enterprise work on a high commission incentive, but they don't make you feel like they are trying to squeeze every last dollar out of you bank account.  I'd use them again...

The staff here is amazing. Grant, Richard, Durian and Brie will go out of their way to keep you smiling all the way to your final destination. I would send my MOM to this enterprise.

I have been a Hertz girl since the 90's.  The customer service here is even better than what i received with my Hertz Gold Card.  The service reps are all accommodating and eager to please.  Never encountered one rude person.   Switched another huge Hertz Gold subscriber over last month and that wasn't easy!  Best location ever!  But owner.........please try to come up with another response for those few unfortunate customers who feel as though they received a bad experience.  Something a little more genuine and different:)  I'm just sayin......
