Rented here a while back. The place had a lot of customers but they got me into a car and out the door in a reasonable amount of time. The rental was a cute red Kia Soul it was clean and really new appearing. The rental went smoothly and did not have a problem. Return was quick. They did a very nice job. I highly recommend this location.

I have been in a car for 9 months I already put a down payment on a new vehicle lol but it's okay.  The staff are great and I would recommend them to anybody. If I have a problem they will see to it that I am happy and make sure that I am satisfied with the fix even if it's a week later. Good job guys

I am a long-term customer at this location. Staff always provides great service. Staff went above and beyond to do a quick clean on a high-top van that I really needed for my group. The vehicle was a great match for my group.

My experience was not great to say the least. The rental van reeked of cigarette smoke. When we arrived the van was parked out front with the windows down and an air freshener stuck in the front passenger side vent. The smoke was so thick that we took a cloth and wiped down the inside of the windshield. The van had been poorly washed and vacuumed. There was some type of dried substance on the seats. Enterprise needs to do a better job in cleaning their vehicles.

Excellent customer service.  I needed to rent a car,  on a Saturday morning, without notice, or reservation.  Walked in store, and within 20 minutes, I was on my way. Very efficient staff. Very friendly.  Thanks for saving my weekend plans.
