My flight changed last minute so I was forced to fly into another airport. I had a reservation with another company. When my family and I arrived, we were exhausted. The agent was so ignorant, I refused to rent from them. So instead, I walked up to the Alamo counter without a reservation. Jessica and William were absolutely amazing. They got us into a car with flawless service. Their customer service made me feel at ease. It was such a pleasure to deal with them. I will always remember the service they provided and tell everyone I know how great they were. Thanks to both of them for making my night. What a way to start off our family vacation!!!!

Excellent service.  Very courteous staff.  Quick, to-the-point, no pressure whatsoever.  Got the paper work done and vehicle ready within 20 minutes after arrival.  
When returning the car, the service was also quick and very good.  A staff member scanned the bar code on the vehicle, did quick walk around and gave me receipt with the price (exact as was agreed at the pick-up).  And that was it!

Superior customer service!!!  My family rented a minivan directly from Alamo and received a better rate than going through any of the discount sites.  Picking it up at Tampa Airport was a breeze.  The Alamo customer service agent was not pushy at all.  He was very professional and had a great attitude!!  Turning the van back in was equally pleasant and only took about 2 minutes.  Very impressed with Alamo!!!

I recently rented a Dodge Grand Caravan at Tampa International Airport.  I had a choice of 3 of these vehicles when I arrived at the airport.  They were all basic Grand Caravan's with standard equipment.  The only thing that they did not have was the integrated child booster seats that this vehicle normally comes with.  However, we found the van to be very comfortable,  and it was easy to get in and out of.  There was plenty of room for 6 of us, and our luggage.  I drove 300 miles with the vehicle around the St. Pete's Beach, Clearwater area.  The people at Alamo were helpful both at check in and when I returned the vehicle.  The whole experience was a positive one, and I would use Alamo again if they are price competitive which in this case they were.

This was a very surprisingly easy process. When I arrived at the counter there were at least 25 people in line. I had never done the kiosk thing before but I thought I would try it because who wants to wait in that line? I already had a reservation. Once I checked in at the kiosk, I literally just went to the rental car garage and my car was there. The car was 
a much better model then anticipated. Returning was a similar process. I drove into the garage, an attendant was waiting there and he checked the car over and gave me a receipt. What was taken out of my bank account was what I reserved my car for. No hidden fees and no hassles. I will definitely rent with Alamo again. Keep it up Alamo!
