Great staff, polite, helpful. Quick check in and quick return. Girl went out of her way to lower my price when I didn't refuel before returning like I was supposed to. A few more signs to show where the garage is from the counter and it would have been perfect!

Great location if you know what you’re doing. Quite confusing if you need something changed. I went to three different spots to get redirected somewhere else. Staff was friendly though and got everything corrected quickly. I love Hertz for the automatic rate adjustment when you cross the week mark too. Best deals.

We Rented a car from here last month. Upon renting the car we were asked if we wanted to pay for an automatic fill up for when we return the car. We declined and were told that it was $14 additional to fill up the car.  Unfortunately upon our trip back to the airport to return home we got stuck in horrible traffic and were almost late for our flight and we’re not able to fill up. When we pulled in we were charged 9.99 (which should be verbally told to you) Per gallon which evidently was in the contract (that no one reads).  I just assumed since the 14.00 fill up was mentioned that regardless of If it was agreed to at the beginning or you opted for it in the end, it should still stand.  80.00 for gas!!!  We still had 1/4 off a tank And that was all of the gas we had used in 11 days for $600 rental. Today I received an additional charge on my credit card for a $26  for tolls that you would think the rental cars had set up since there is nowhere for you to pay for them going through.  We have NEVER been so ripped off by a rental car company.  This was the first and ABSOLUTE last time we will use Hertz!  We travel all the time but will be  adamant about the FINE PRINT from here on out!

I prefer the Hertz that are set up with the big board and your name on it. This one requires you to go to a counter. They were friendly and the process was smooth.

Upon arrival, I was excited to see you I was the only person in line. However, 35 minutes later they still couldn’t figure out how to print my receipt because both printers are not working. Finally, the receipt issue was resolved and I was told to go to the six floor and pick up my car. After realizing car didn’t have keys in it, I went down to the fifth floor to find the rudest most obnoxious people working in the little Hertz booth.  One of the people wouldn’t even look up from his phone to acknowledge my presence. After trying to complain to the lady they finally gave me my keys, she shut the window on me and told me she was not a Hertz employee.  I will never rent from this company again.
