Everything was great....service, car, etc.  Until I got a bill for a 64 cent toll with a $9.99 “administrative fee” attached.  Every other company that I’ve rented with charged me the price of the toll without any additional fee.  On the bill for the fee, it says that the $9.99 will be charged for each toll.  Can’t imagine how upset someone would be if they had several.  This is a pretty shameless example of a company looking for every opportunity to fleece the client for every nickel they can.  Will try to avoid Dollar in the future.

Horrible experience!!!! Reserved and prepaid for impala. When we got to counter told no impala available. Offered Camry which would not fit all of us and luggage. Then told we could upgrade to Equinox for for only  $125 for the week. Fraud Alert!!! We agreed because we wanted to start our vacation. Then told equinox was 20 mins wait

It was our first time renting car from Dollar car rental at the airport,the agent totally scammed us by telling that in the state of Florida We Required By Law to purchase car insurance policy and she did that after asking us if it's our first time coming to Florida/Tampa,because me and my husband both speak with the accent,this greedy agent make us overpay$500 more for car rental that supposedly be no more that $380 we end up paying $880 for regular car.That was way more than expected after checking their prices during  online reservation.Later on we find out that there is no requirement to purchase pricy car rental insurance! What a Scam, she totally take advantage of us! I'm wondering home many people get scammed same way by this company?

Get to the airport with my 5 year old at 10 pm. Finally leave with a BUDGET car at 11 30. I had made reservations with dollar, had my confirmation on hand. Come to find you have to take a shuttle to dollar rental. I call the number I was given at least 10 times with no luck. Extremely disappointed.
