My vehicle is being serviced and dealership referred me to Enterprise for a rental. Initially I had a reservation for a location in Brandon, however, with me being all the way in Tampa, making it there before closing would've been impossible. Called a spoke with Travis at Brandon Collision Center and explained my situation. He proceeded to transfer my reservation to another Enterprise much closer without delay. I felt bad arriving 20 minutes before closing but the customer service received by Nathan and Cody was outstanding. Fast, professional customer service at it's finest! Definitely recommend this location.

My wife and I just dropped off a vehicle in Spruce St in Tampa.  We were unaware that they will not drive us all the way to my house. Being Enterprise has my Money tide up for couple of days I had no money to either get Lift of Uber to go home. My wife and I started walking home, after walking about 10 miles we were in front of the other Enterprise that was closer to home. I spoke to an Andrea who stated she'll see if there was a driver available then phone was disconnect. My wife and I crossed the Hillsborough highway, which was suicidal enough. We were speaking to this great young man from Arizona, forgot his name took us home. Think Andrea was the person that was right next to us. There was no remorse no eye contact no apology. That was so wrong. Pissed me off. Give kudos to this young man wish I remembered his name. He should be the manager not this Andrea person.

My experience was everything I needed and more. The Customer service was Amazing! That is very important when you have so many other things to worry about and you are already having a bad day. ( I needed to have my car repaired) The rental was great and I was able to get everything done on my schedule. I will not rent anywhere else. Big Thanks to Mike and the rest of the staff!

Not far from the airport. Rates are much lower than the airport. Staff were excellent.
