Love love love my experience I had with the staff and  owner. He  was nothing but friendly, patient and helpful. I would recommend this FAIRVIEW Heights location to you all. I was visiting out of town and he asked how my trip was. I forgot to fill the gas tank up all the way and he even gave me the opportunity to go fill it up and explained I would have to pay $10 a gallon if I didn’t. He was awesome!!!! Thanks for the great guest service you offered me! And the patience you granted me every time I called with numerous questions. Thanks again 😀

I am very angry about the services I received. I reserved a car a month in advance to only find out it never got reserved. They guy I spoke to told me they wasn't able to send out confirmation emails at that location when he reserved for me, so I never got the reservation number. I'm so angry because now I have to go to stl for a car and hope they have something available. I'll never go to them again. Thanks for ruining my trip budget.

Reserved a vehicle weeks in advance to be picked up at 8am on a Thursday for the weekend. When I arrived to pick the car up, it was not on the lot. I was told it would be there shortly and I could wait or return later for it. I agreed to return when I received a call that it was in. Shortly after I left, I got the call it was ready for pickup. When I arrived the second time, the vehicle was on the lot, but the outside was dirty. I asked to see the inside prior to signing the papers and taking the keys. When I saw the inside of the car, it was littered with trash (water bottles, fountian soda cups, and papers). At this point I was pretty mad because it was several hours after the needed pickup time and the vehicle was dirty! She promised to clean it if I could wait fifteen minutes. I waited patiently for the vehicle and ended up leaving with the car 40 minutes later.

Would not recommend for any future rentals unless you like waiting...
