The associates that works at this location are always super.  It is very convenient, they communicate closely with you prior to your arrival and are always great to work with.  The reason I can't give it 5 stars is the quality/cleanliness of the vehicles.  Twice I've rented a car from them that reeked of smoke (Plus the air freshener that they tried to cover it up with).   This is not just smoke from one cigarette...the car stinks.  They need to enforce the no smoking rule, charge people who do it heavily and then use that money to have the car thoroughly cleaned professionally - not just wiped clean.   Also have had cars with dirty seats.  If the would focus more attention on the cleanliness of the vehicles, this would be a five star location!

BEEN THERE 5 TIMES NOW AND EVERY CAR WAS GREAT AS OEDERED AND ONTIME  AND READY FOR ME WHEN I ARRIVED AT AIRPORT . COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE

I feel super bad for the front desk lady. She was doing so much work while the other person seemed to wonder around the airport taking all the car keys she needed to avoid making people wait. 
Props to her.
Last time I got an economy car and it was a real piece.
This time I went for a intermediate car and it's alot better. 
The front desk woman was a gem, but overall the experience here has and always will be like pulling teeth.

person working the counter.   Well wasn't even at the counter when I got here.  By the time he got back 6 more people had lined up around the side.  So who does he start helping?  You guessed it.   What happened to pick a car and go?
