Reviews

The people who work here always seem stoned, confused, uninformed. The manager never wants to be bothered with questions from his employees. We tried to prepay for a car months in advance and there was confusion when we arrived. The manager left quickly and did not want to be reached. The young man left in charge seemed slow, strange, and wasn't terribly empowered to be helpful. 

Enterprise isn't much better but don't come here expecting anyone to know what they're doing. They don't.

Be careful they charged me an extra 75.00 dollars for some bull cleaning charge just to get extra money.  They are really busy on the weekends and they only have one person working.  The kid told me to leave my keys and he would take care of it and now i had some extra charges and there is nothing they can do about it.  Not going there again.  So disappointed.  I guess cheaper is not always better.

Will never try to rent a car here again!

Booked my 10 day rental online (and paid in full) like 9 months in advance. A few months later I got a call from a Hertz employee about how the location I booked at was no longer operational. They switched my reservation to another location. A month later I called the new location to confirm my rental and they didn't have me in the system, they also weren't going to be open the day after thanksgiving for me to pick up my rental. They offered to charge me more money to let me pickup my rental early or to move my reservation to another location that might be open. I refused to pay more money as this whole situation was due to oversights on their side.

Eventually I got my rental refunded and ended up using Alamo who saved the day with a last minute rental and A+++ customer service.
I would not recommend Hertz.

Wonderful, quick service.  Clean and fun to drive rental. I used Gold Club points for this rental- only cost me $4.10 for the weekend!
