Rude employee. "Reserved" a car on Sunday through the 1800 number after hitting a deer with my car and having no other short term options, the local business however was closed on Sundays, and I had to be in Texas by Monday for my girl's birthday, so I politely explained to lady on the phone that I couldn't guarantee that I'd be in the area to complete the booking, she assured me that this was fine and that it is not a commitment. Around 9:58am the next day, an employee called me to remind me about the reservation, but I explained to him I had a change of plans as I had taken the Greyhound bus to Texas that day, and would be in Texas by 11am. I also explained that I did not "book the reservation" or "confirm/commit to it" and that I was sorry. I also explained the represenative who I spoke to said this wasn't an issue. He was very rude and insisted that I pay for the cancelled reservation, to which I refused. He was REALLY RUDE and spoke to me in a very derogatory manner and a raised voice. NEVER doing business here again.

Rude rude rude. All I wanted to do was pay for a rental for someone to get to a funeral, was not so nicely informed I couldn't prepay, there would be an extra charge for an additional driver, and there was no such thing as a bereavement rate. He acted like my being there was an inconvenience to him using his laptop.
