Headed from St. Louis to Columbus Ga., the check engine light came on. I spoke with Morgan in the Columbus office she advised me to go the nearest enterprise and do a vehicle exchange. I ended up at the Mt. Vernon office. I explained to the young man on duty and within 10 minutes we were back on the road. Thank you Enterprise it was an beautiful close to an AWESOME time with family!!!!!

We’ve been renting f/Enterprise for years. The current manager is the nicest, and friendliest that I’ve encountered working there. Hope he stays @ this location for a while.

No matter the location, I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise. This particular location has treated me with respect and has given great customer service, which is priority for me! Brittany and the rest of the staff always go above and beyond to make sure I get the automobile I desire, and they remember that I prefer certain cars and require a CD player! (yes, I still love to play my CD's!) I have been renting from Enterprise for years, and if this great service remains, I will be a forever customer when it comes time for us to rent. Payment options are easy and I get in and out quickly and efficiently without feeling rushed. They will answer ANY question I have,, and if for some reason, they don't know the answer, they take time to get the correct response! I love this staff.

Always an easy car rental & return. But the offices always seem to have a cat litter smell.
