Very happy. Sales reps were very courteous and professional. No overnight parking so he met us at our house. Vehicle was clean and ran great. Definitely recommend using them.

The only show in town. Very nice employees. Car was dirty though. They need help getting the cars clean and back out on the road. Parking lot is TINY. could use some improvement.

I am a frequent renter because I travel constantly for work. I have Always gotten great service From the Carbondale Enterprise location. The employees there are friendly and top notch at their job. And I especially want to thank Nicholas the branch manager. He always greets me by name. Makes sure I never have any issues with any part of my rental process. Even if the issue is my fault, and gets me taken care of quickly and out the door on my way fast. Thank you to all the employees there for  all your hard work.

No vehicle upon reservation request with reservation# on two occasions.

Rude staff to deal with when needing accommodations for a vehicle.

Accommodations for convienence and service cannot be given  when the staff hangs up on you while trying to do business with rental company.

Rent from Hertz....no hassle, friendly staff with inventory available^

I have rented automobiles from this office multiple times. I have always found Nick and his crew to be very courteous, professional and prompt in providing the vehicles we've rented. I would absolutely recommend this branch to anyone.  The vehicles are always very clean and exceptionally maintained.  It has been an absolute joy each time we've been in the office whether picking up or dropping off a vehicle.  They have always been extremely courteous, professional and prompt in meeting our reservations.  I will definitely rent from them in the future.  If you need a car and don't want to wait, or drive junk, then Enterprise Rent-A-Car Carbondale location is for you.
