Van was very dirty when I picked it up, It was not totally filled with gas, and there was NO snow brush  in the vehicle (which the person at the desk told me to be sure to return the vehicle with the snow brush.  Additionally, there was a large scrap on the rear passenger side.

We went through Budget to rent a car for our family vacation. Aside from not knowing we needed a CC at pick up we had an incredible experience. The make and model of our car exceeded our expectations and the car was great on gas mileage. We had 2 14 year olds in the back seat and they expressed that the 16 hour car ride was pretty cozy for them. The staff was beyond helpful and understanding with all of my questions that I had and the cost of the rental was the cheaper than any other site I checked out. I would definitely use Budget Car Rental in the future and recommend it to friends and family to use.

I rented a large SUV weeks prior to our family trip to South Carolina (Hilton Head). When I arrived to pick the vehicle up I was informed that they overbooked the large SUVs with 13 other customers as well. I was never told we are sorry for the inconvenience or offered another option that could accommodate my needs/trip like a mini van. Instead, I was offered a small SUV and a very small savings ($5-10 less per day). I'm not sure why this type of customer service is okay in this industry but it seems to be the norm in my opinion. Very disappointed again!!!

Excellent service and amazing price. The transaction between drop off and pick up and so smooth! Will be using them again.
