Always satisfied with Enterprise Car Rental. This is a very busy efficient location. 
Online rental available and seems to work as best as possible, car rental companies cannot seem to know their inventory for guaranteed product choice, but you almost always get a car at least.  Open for short hours on Sunday.

Excellent service... Picked me up at the dealership and dropped me off a few weeks later. Worked out great!  The business is kinda tough to see from the roadway.  The street sign blends in with other businesses.  I think the business might get some extra traffic if they where in a more conspicuous location.

Friendly service, conveniently located off Chicago Dr in Holland.  Rented a midsized car and received a Chevy Impala with 30,000 miles, clean with leather interior.  Rented with a corporate agreement, so I don't know if there is an insurance hard sell or not.  

Cars are kept outside.  Just realized now that no ice scraper was included with the car and we are in Michigan, so it would have been nice.  There is room in the parking lot to leave your vehicle.

Wouldn't take a debit card. Major cards only. Walked across the street to avis/budget, no problems there..

Will never rent from Enterprise again.  I appreciate my Second Amendment rights as granted by the US Constitution.
