We received a great car that looked like it was just turned back in as it hadn't had the chance to be cleaned but it was snowing and I knew we would add to the salt residue inside and out! Our biggest issue was when we locked ourselves out of the car at a restaurant. My husband thought I had the fobs and locked up when he parked. However, they were in the cup holder between the seats. If we had know the lock out feature was shut off or had been able to take the fobs apart so we each could carry one this would not have been an issue. Other than that things were great! Prompt service and the clerk that issued the car was very nice.

I rented a 15 Passenger Van to carry a group of Managers and Clients. I called ahead and talked with Joey Wiseman because we had a tight schedule and I wanted to confirm my Van would be available when I got to Enterprise after my flight arrived. when I got to the counter Joey handed the keys to me and told me he had double-checked the van so we were out of the airport quickly. My clients were pleased with the condition of the van and our trip went well. I usually rent from Enterprise because I am sure I will have a positive experience!

A very friendly staff that I'm happy to rent from. The car only had a half a tank of gas in it. I let them know and they made a note of it. I had to return the car before they opened in the morning. I parked the car in their lot and used the box to drop the key in. When they opened, they could not figure out where I parked the car. I walked them through it (it was about 50' from the box!), and all was well. Despite these mistakes in the process, the team was courteous and easy to work with. That is more important than the problems I had. I will continue to rent from this friendly staff.

Rented a Nissan Rouge recently in Grand Rapids. The agent was very nice and we chatted about Michigan State. She was a Sparty like me! Car was great and everything went smoothly. Good price too!

Worst experience trying to rent a car in my life. This spilled in to two locations over multiple days and was treated bad at both. There national call center doesn't know their own policies and told me that my 16yr old daughter would be able to drive the car, which is incorrect. We did not find that out until after my wife and daughter drove all the way up to the airport location to get the car. The manager at the airport location told me "take a car or don't I don't care" and hung up on me when I called and told him that the national call center told me that it was ok so either he or the call center was incorrect. When I went to get the car a two days later, the airport location that had my reservation had given my reservation to a different location with out letting me or that location know, (little stab in the back from an upset manager?) so I had to drive to a second location to try and find a car. On top of everything once I did get there they where sorry and not sure what happened but did not have a car for me and ask if I would like a 15 passenger bus instead. When I showed them my reservation and conformation number which had been made a week earlier all they could say is sorry we don't have a car for you. When I asked about all of the keys sitting in the basket and the cars in the lot I was told "those are for customers with reservations." I again showed her my confirmation and reservation number and said "I am a customer with a reservation where is my car? So I guess a reservation and confirmation number means nothing to these people. The manager at that location would not even take the time to call another enterprise location and see if they may have a car for me. They would do nothing to help me. I guess it was to much to ask of a manager to do their job and promote customer service. This company failed on every level from the national call center to two different managers, at two locations, and the people at the counter. I have traveled all over this country and rented cars lots and lots of times. This by far is the worst I have ever been treated by ANY customer service based company. I will never rent from enterprise again. The fact this went on over multiple days and locations is ridiculous. The entire time I never got the feeling that anybody ever really cared about the service. I really was made to feel that I was some how bothering them and interrupting there precious conversation. The fact that I had a problem with my service just made there attitudes and service worse. I will admit by the time we got to the end of this I had lost my cool and was not acting in a professional manner, but I don't think that I should have been pushed to that point to begin with.
