This Enterprise is a bit more disorganized than most Enterprise locations. Few I've been to have been stellar, but due to the small inventory, small lot, and what seems to be constant turnover this particular location is below average, but adequate. It took 45 minutes to get a vehicle I had reserved online with my corporate account. I ended up with a pickup truck, not ideal, I had reserved an intermediate per our company contract, but at least I finally got it. I usually rent vehicles for travel, so am renting at airports where I always use National, sister of Enterprise and the preferred rental car company for my organization. Even if I wanted to use Enterprise at airports, it's often impossible because of their hours. They actually close at night unlike the major car rental companies. I use Enterprise in Benton Harbor because it's 5 minutes from my house, and the alternative is to drive to South Bend which is NOT convenient. I wish they had a larger inventory, a more user friendly, larger lot, and though the staff was apologetic for the lengthy wait and offered a free two day weekend rental (which I don't really need, I have two cars, but maybe a truck for a weekend project) they don't exude customer service.

The two gentlemen that work there were phenomenal! Super friendly, professional and helpful. 10/10 would rent a vehicle from there again.

ALWAYS a pleasure working with TJ. She is friendly and provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I am always happy to see her there when I am renting. I tried the "competitor" out of convenience once, I wont go back. I will appreciate the better service over convenience in location any day.

No one wants to HAVE to rent a car because they hit a 10 point buck, but my experience with the Benton Harbor team was fantastic. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Horrible servise. Have a car reservation at 8 am and drive an hour away to hear oooops no cars. Then they say we are getting 20 cars today. Call in evening oops sorry no returns. I had a funeral a few states down. Missed it. Thanks a lot.
