After using Budget multiple times, I made the mistake this time of prepaying. I also had an error on my reservation,  and they are charging me $42.70 for the error. I'll pay the extra few dollars per reservation in the future to hopefully get better customer service at another company.

They where very nice and helpful. I left a very expensive solar panel in the trunk and they had it set aside for me. Highly recommend.

This was my first-ever experience with a rental. Neisha was very nice and informative. The process was extremely easy and affordable. Great vehicle.

I would definitely rent a vehicle from them again should I need one in the future.

Everything was fine until it came time to pay. I was given my invoice for $1000, but I was wrongfully charged an additional $200 "hold", totalling $1200. I expressed concern at the office about this additional $200, and was told it was supposed to fall off and my concern was ignored. So far the charge has not fallen off, costing me overdraft fees. I called the local Budget Rental Office and they were not willing to help and asked that I call their corporate office, who have not reached back to me.
