Shady as hell. My husband was approved and allowed to leave with a vehicle. A few weeks later he's told he needs a co-signer. I agreed and went in. However instead of being presented with paperwork making me co-signer they bring out paperwork with the car solely in my name without my approval! Then I was told there's no way to get our trade back so we had no other option than to purchase the car. Last month my husband went to get the new plates as saw our trade sitting on the lot for sale!! And to top things off we had it IN WRITING that they would have his windshield replaced and they still haven't done it. We always get a "we'll call you back" and it never happens. Stay away from this place.

Sarah Anderson and her Finance Manager were very helpful in finding my wife and I the perfect car that fit into our budget. We've been trying to get a new car for a while now and they were able to help us get into a nice and new car at a reasonable price even with my not so perfect credit! Thank you for all your help! We will definitely return for our next purchase!

My mother and I came in to try and get a car, and we're helped by Sarah who got us into a very nice electric car, that just wasn't right. The next day we were in a very nice Volvo, that we liked alot. It had a few problems, but they were all skin deep. Nick was a wonderful help doing everything he could to get us the best deal possible. I recommend this team of professionals, they are incredible.

Just got a car through Sound National Lending which went super smooth.  I was pleased with the service and professionalism.  I'd highly recommend Sound National to anyone who qualifies. Sarah was the best!
