I purchased a 2018 Audi Q7 recently and was super happy with my experience!  Cheryl was a very helpful and knowledge salesperson!  The car price negotiation was fair and they gave me a good price on my trade.  I would buy again from Cheryl and the Audi dealership in Orland Park.  Five star experience!

Orland Park Audi was more than accommodating with my busy schedule. After a couple emails back and forth I went in to trade in my car and get a brand new q3. They worked very hard to give me a great deal and were professional and personal. Antoine is the man! Go see him for the best deals!

Worst Audi dealer ever service is full of lairs bad experiance here mean people worst service did oil change they mess up with other  parts of the car that african/american dude in service dest in glasses dont let him in your car he went to check my heter vent because they mest it up on oil change so i came back he went to check on it and he broke it dont vome here.....

Worst dealership on 159th street I would never go there again the service manager Guy and rep Gerald have the worst attitude if you go there and they price out a service plan go ANY dealer and I gaurentee you’ll get it 25-35% cheaper with same Audi parts installed else where they are a rip off I WARN ANYONE DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS you’re nieve and don’t care paying double or even triple for same service you can get at any other service shop

Fantastic service!  Amy the customer rep who took care of my appointment went above & beyond as far as customer service.  My vehicle  was purchased at another Audi dealership (this unnamed dealership didn't even follow up after my purchase) and my car had a cooling warning light go on.  Not only did Tony the tech guy they go through my vehicle with a fine toothed comb until they found the issue, they treated me far better than the other dealership where I purchased my car.   The Chicago Audi dealership which was a hassle to drive to didn't seem to care after the car was purchased but Orland Audi welcomed my business even if I didn't buy from them. 

I can't say enough great things about Amy, Tony & the Audi of Orland team.  Courteous & great to work with unlike the dismissive snooty attitude of the downtown Chicago Audi.  There's such a difference between Audi of Orland other dealerships which I've personally experienced.  

You'd think my sales guy would've thrown in a keychain during my purchase at the Chicago Audi facility however Amy of the Orland Audi made sure to give me a keychain- yes it's the little things that show great customer care & go the extra mile all with a smile.   Definitely my go to place for my Audi needs.
