Seems like there are already lots of bad comments about this dealer and I can't agree more with those problems pointed out in the previous comments. I bought the 2015 Beetle this year from Family Hyundai with their one year warranty. I found problems literally 1 hour after I drove the car out of their door and then drove back to report to them. Now it is almost two weeks later, my sales rep. refuses to reply my email, and refuses to pick up my phone. I am so disappointed by this sales rep and suggest everybody to be careful when buying used cars. (Following up: Karissa kindly contacted with me and fixed one of the problems for my car and showed their care about customers, this makes me feel lots better).

Family Hyundai has the worst salesman rep and his name is JERRY LACEY!!!! I purchased a Demo 2015 Hyndai Sonata back in 2015. Jerry Lacey's lack of work ethic and misinformation has caused me later problems due to him withholding vital information on my car for example; prior registered warranty information and prior register blue link information on a car I did not own prior to 2015.Not to mention both issues have not been resolved. I highly recommend that for anyone purchasing a car that Jerry Lacey is not your salesperson. Jerry Lacey is a scam artist who needs to retire. Jerry Lacey is not so much concerned with his customers but wants to make a quick sale and receive commission!!!! However, the service department is great as well as the service manager and new general manager. I'm so happy for the new changes that have been made and look forward to doing business as well as having my car serviced here in the near future!😊

It's unfortunate that I have to write a bad review but this Family Haundai Dealer doesn't live up to their name. I made an appointment to look at a used car. I was told it would be ready and out of detailing when I get there. When I arrived it hadn't made its way there yet. I understood and was fine with it. I test drove the vehicle and liked it. The salesman said he would call me when it's ready and I can come back. I asked if I can take the car for a 24 hr test drive to have my mechanic look at it and he said yes. In the meantime, I waited patiently for a phone call. I received a call approximately 4:30 the next day. They informed me that I would have to come after 5:30 because someone was coming in to test drive it! I was waiting for the car to be ready and they're going to sell it!!! After speaking with the manager, he was rude and didn't care of the situation. He informed me that they have mechanics who look at the cars and didn't want me take the car after I was told I could. I'm sorry, but that is bad business! I'm not purchasing a pair of jeans. There are millions cars for sale, I'll take my business somewhere else.

I hate that I've wasted my money on a 2015 Hyundai Elantra from Family Hyundai. I told them that I would buy the car under the condition that they fix a dent/ding , brakes and the lifted bumper. I came up there 3 to 4 different occasions and the service department told me that they hadn't been notified of having to make any repairs on my car and I left with no work being done at all. It took 4 months from the date of purchase for the dealership to finally make these repairs that were arranged by a sales manager named Jason (very kind and the only effective service I've gotten) at the time. Even the morning that I arrived, he told me to meet him around 8:00 am and nobody was there. When i took it over to service, (once AGAIN) they told me that they had no idea what I was talking about. They said they did not have a loaner (which they NEVER do) and that they wouldn't be able to fix it for a while because they're so busy (as they ALWAYS are). They asked what was wrong with the car, and then told me they would glue my bumper down because it needs to be replaced all together and they're not doing that under a warranty and don't know why the salesman promised me that they would add a bracket to it. I sat outside and waited until 9 am when the sales department opens (after I had been sitting there since 7:30 am) and run into Jason who looked surprised to see me. At that point, I told him what the service department told me. He replied that the sales department had their own mechanics and that he had a loaner car for me. The car was fixed and returned to me two weeks later. After that chaotic incident, I went to get a simple oil change and family hyundai's service department claims that they top all fluids and run diagnostics on their cars. I was given this long sheet of paper with a checkmark next to everything they claimed to have done (topping fluids was one of them). It coincidentally began to rain as I was almost 30 miles away from them, and as I attempted to spray my windshield wiper fluid, there literally wasn't a DROP of fluid in there. Yet, they've lied and checked it off as something they had done during the oil change. Then when I called back to mention it, the guy who answered the phone acts as if my call is disturbing him and told me to "just bring it back then." I didn't even receive an apology for that. What disturbs me most about it was the fact that they checked it off as something they had done on the sheet I was given, which leads me to be assume that maybe that they hadn't done any of the other things that they claimed to have completed. Especially if they couldn't do something as simple as put some windshield wiper fluid in the car. Lastly, I called my salesman yesterday to talk about repairs and he told me I needed to speak to service. I told him that a sales manager Jason told me in the past that the sales department has their own mechanics and thats how I got my car fixed last time. I told him I would prefer to do it that way (because honestly I just hate dealing with the service department and I always waste my time because I never get anything resolved when I come there). I explained that I am on a tight schedule and that I have to be able to get to my next location, so a loaner would be needed. He said he would supposedly set up something with a sales manager to do some final repairs before my warranty is up and that if I got there before 12:30 (as I said I would), that I would get a loaner and I could just drop my car off. I called them today just because this is a pattern of theirs to have me drive all the way up to the dealership to not receive service someone has promised me, and sure enough thats what occurred today. They "searched high and low" for these arrangements to fix my car that the salesman never made with them and now that my warranty will be up they've gotten out of fixing my car yet again. I literally cannot stand doing any business with this dealership. They lie about something EACH and every time I speak with them.

They don't even deserve the one star. I briefly worked with these completely unprofessional perverts at this dealership who openly made inappropriate comments about customers and women, even talking about taking dumps on their girlfriends in front of saleswomen and customers. Additionally the cars are way overpriced than EVERY other dealership. They pride themselves on ripping you off.
