The finance manager was very disrespectful and borderline racist. The manager had us wait a total of 3 hours at the dealership and something wasn't going to work out for our deal. He had us standing in front of his door for 15 minutes before telling our sales representative to tell us the deal won't work. He didn't bother to come out and explain why the deal wouldn't work and alternatives to make the purchase possible. Even though we were furious we still figured out an alternative solution and wanted to proceed with the deal. The same finance manager refused to process our paperwork and we ended up having to go home after wasting 5 hours at the dealership.  

A few days later the paperwork was processed and everything was finalized. The car was delivered to us, but the windshield was broken. Our sales rep offered free replacement of windshield along with extra accessories for our troubles. It took a full week of back and forth before the dealer finally approved the replacement for the windshield so we had to drive around a full week with a broken windshield, and the dealer went back on their word and said they will not be giving us any accessories.  

Lastly, the dealership is very uninformed on the promotions Volvo Finance is providing. We had a leased S60 we were turning in early with the promotion, and the dealer didn't realize the new vehicle had to be leased and not purchased. They realized this after the deal was finalized. For purchasing a $60,000 the experience was terrible, and has me questioning if I will ever purchase another Volvo. DO NOT COME HERE.

The on-line person and the salesman were careful to make sure I had a good deal, the the car was well presented, things were taken care of professionally, and our training on the new Volvo features was thorough.  The manager let the sales people and finance person do their work without interference but made sure the process went smoothly.  The facility itself was clean and presentable.  The trade in was reasonable.  Though a 2016, the car was spotless and everything works as intended.  Everyone we encountered was positive and engaged.  People stayed past hours or came in special to make sure we were cared for.  We enjoyed the salesman (Art), the online person (Jordan), and the finance guy (whose name slips me) such that we actually ran later than anticipated.  Art has followed up to make sure everything such as the online app was working.  We also worked with Joshua in customer service America who not only found the car but dealt with many questions.  It was a very positive experience and well supported.  The car is a good choice..

So, all the others who gave Volvo 5 stars reviews are spam accounts. 

This Volvo dealer is good for oil changes and basic maintenance. My car, and other friends cars were grossly incompetent for diagnosing and fixing issues. 

Go to Oak Park for any service related issues.

Very Dissatifed. My brother and I went in and looking for a S60 they had online. They had it listed on Autotrader and their own website. Walked in to the Volvo dealer and no one asked us if we needed help. I have a big issue with dealers not taking younger people seriously. I own multiple cars and pulled up in a newer BMW and still no one helped us. We proceeded to walk around the lot and walked back inside. Finally someone helped us and told us to go to the Subaru dealer to talk to the use car manager. After finding the used car manager, he told us he did not know about the car we were talking about. I pulled it up on their website and he looked it up and found it right away. He said, "well it looked likes it was sold on July 7th, but never went through". He then said I don't know where it is and it was probably gone. He had no interest in looking for it or helping us. If the car sold almost 2 months ago why is it still listed? Overall a waste of time. Go to Fields Volvo, way better experience.

Nice place - came here recently for service and it was great - Kathy is wonderful to work with and the waiting area is pretty big with lots of snacks.
